Stellaris Management Ltd is an independent advisory and oversight firm providing owner-side services for BC property owners — from asset management and operational oversight to construction consulting and capital project management.

We represent the interests of property owners throughout every engagement. Our role is not to execute work ourselves, but to ensure that the parties who do — contractors, trades, maintenance staff — are performing to standard, on budget, and in alignment with your objectives.

Stellaris serves commercial properties, hospitality assets, waterfront infrastructure, marinas, and residential properties across British Columbia.
